How To Wire A 240 Volt Push Button Switch ?

first of all we need to know that the 120V Push Button On Off Switch product has 4 pins. In which the red line (C) closest to the power supply and the black line (NO) far from the power supply are the switch pins, the other two red lines and black lines are light pins, the light pins are regardless of positive pole or negative pole.

There are two types of wiring, see the picture below.

What’s the first way for the button connection ?

1.The positive pole of the power supply is connected to the switch C pin red wire and the LED lamp pin red wire (+) , and the other NO pin black wire is connected to the positive pole of the bulb device.

  1. Connect the negative pole of the power supply to the negative pole of the bulb deviceand the LED lamp pin black wire(-).

The 120v push button switch is reset, the bulb device is turned off and the light is always on.

What’s the second way for the button connection ?

1.The positive pole of the power supply is connected to the C pin red wire of the switch,and the other NO pin black wire is connected to the LED light pin red wire (+) and the positive pole of the bulb device.

  1. Connect the negative pole ofthe powersupply to the negative pole of the bulb device and the LED lamp pin black wire (-).
