What’s the first way Micro Push Button Switch connect?
If you want the LED to turn on separately and the device to start working when the LED Ring Switch is pressed down:
- Connect the C pin and LED pin of the LED Ring Switch to the positive pole of the power supply.
- Connect the positive pole of the LED Ring Switch’s light to the positive pole of both the power supply and the device.
What’s the second way Micro Push Button Switch connect?
If you want the LED Ring Switch to be on while working:
- Connect one pole of the LED Ring Switch to the positive poles of the power supply and the device.
- Connect the C pin of the LED Ring Switch to the other pole of the power supply.
- Connect the LED pin and NC (normally closed) pin of the LED Ring Switch together, and connect them to the other pole of the device.
For the combined function:
For switches with combined pins, typically having 5 pins including 2 LED pins, C pin, NO (normally open) pin, and NC pin, the addition of the NC pin provides a normally closed function. This allows the switch to be used in different scenarios.
If the LED lamp indicates the switch position, such as for a grinder with both forward and reverse turns, where NO controls the forward turn and NC controls the reverse turn. This single switch can fulfill two functions, replacing the traditional approach of using two switches for one device. This not only saves costs but also simplifies the operation at the terminal.
